Pilgrimage to Harpham

On Sunday 13th October will hold our first Parish Pilgrimage.
Harpham, in the East Riding of Yorkshire, was the birthplace of St John of Beverley who was one of the great saints in Yorkshire at the time when the Church in England was still part of the Orthodox Church.
The Liturgy
The Liturgy will begin at 11 am
Following the Liturgy, weather permitting, we will go to St John’s Holy Well and have a short memorial service and bless the well.
Lunch
We will have a bring-and-share-lunch at the Village Hall after the service. This means we will be relying on all of us to bring some food which we can all share. Tea coffee and soft drinks will be provided.
